Omnipollo, founded in 2011 by Henok Fentie and Karl Grandin, is a Swedish craft brewery noted for its fusion of innovative beers and striking art. Initially started as a gypsy brewery, Omnipollo established its own brewery inside an old church in Stockholm by 2020.
